Hello, my name is Jennifer Lucas and this is my second year as a Peer Advocate. I chose to be in this program because I feel that peer support is crucial at this
age and in the high school environment. This is my last year at the high school, and I hope to contribute my time and compassion to my peers by being available
and willing to listen whenever needed.  I am blessed that I have been given this opportunity to support my peers and hope that the program will grow and reach out
to as many teens as possible.


Hi, my name is Giovanni Carvajal and I am in Peer Advocates because I truly care about the well being of my fellow students. I believe this program makes a strong
difference in school and in the community. After I graduate, I plan to go to a four-year university, but I have no idea what I want to major in. I love playing Lancer football and also throw shot and disc for thetrack and field team. This school and community are extremely important to me. If anyone needs to talk, I always feel like listening.
